I'm afraid that making "key concessions" will only result in more demands for even more "key concessions" as it happened countless times in the past. After all, making "key concessions" in response to terrorism and mass murder proves that terrorism and mass murder work and bring not only "key concessions" but also 'urges' from some powerful idiots for Israel to make more "key concessions" in the future.
It will only become possible to "grasp the chance" for peace when BOTH sides will be willing to do it. Unilateral "key concessions" in responce to terrorism will do exactly the opposite.
