Russia says Czech oil supply cut "not political" »

It's crap. Of course it's political. Just look at the relationship between Russia and Lithuania concerning the Druzhba pipeline... technical reasons there, too. It was never reopened because the Lithuanians sold there refinery to Polish interests.
