President Bush is closer to approving an Israeli military strike on Iran, according to a source for the Sunday Times. As the Times reported Sunday, Bush has given an "amber light" to an Israeli plan to attack Iranian nuclear sites with long-range bombing capabilities.

      It seems unlikely they'd need an "okay," but I suspect they don't want to lose the billions of dollars in money and weaponry they receive from the US every year and therefore are keeping Bushie abreast of their plans.
