Yeah, i think its about 20 hours.
When I visited the US it took us 14 hours from Dubai to JFK then we had to wait for 6 hours in the airport then another 6 hours to San Diego we were really tired and I don't think that the A380 will be different than the Boeing 777, unless your in the first class.
