Kerry & Schumer want the Bush admin to stop Iraqi oil contracts until a Hydrocarbon Law is in place that gives 88% of Iraq's oil income to big oil and leaves the piddling remainder for Iraqis to fight over like scraps a master tosses his dog. Do Dems really need to tell Bush how to commit economic war crimes? He seems to already know.
