Bush suggested new legislation may now be needed to keep the American people safe.

...and try as he may to salt the Supreme Court with his ass kissing lackies, he still doesn't get his way. I guess he forgot they won't check with him before making decisions... and that there are three branches to the government.

Safe from what? Our Constitution? bush doesn't get it that the ONE thing the founders spelled out so there would be NO misunderstandings, is Habeous Corpus. Maybe his wife could read it to him for a bedtime story. There are only TWO instances, say again TWO when a suspension of Habeous Corpus can be considered. I don't give a damn how many times the idiots in congress try to screw with it, they CAN'T change the Constitution.
