Think of it as natural selection. The absolute easiest of choices to make, and they choose to die. You quite honestly can't get much stupider than that, and it's a conscious choice that they make, no one is holding a gun on them. Anyone who is killed in an accident, whose death is blamed on refusal to wear a seat belt, well what can be said? Sorry, but "I forgot" is unacceptable.
