News – The Rev. Al Sharpton was arrested at the Brooklyn Bridge on Wednesday as he and hundreds of demonstrators blocked traffic to protest the acquittal of three detectives in the 50-bullet shooting of an unarmed black man on his wedding day.
How come we've never heard any kind of apology from Al and others about the Duke players? Or Ms. Brawley? We only hear from Al before the facts are all discovered.
Tbk Al.... and etc. spin 'appearance' and inflammatory words to suit their needs; the appearance of extreme racial and social bias against the Afro-American minority by a predatory social majority. Examples of this would be the Imus situation and the Duke Lacrosse debacle.
So the 'truth' becomes relative to what 'he' wants to accomplish. Which I believe to be more notoriety through more exposure via issues that can 'be set up' as a 'victim situation', which in turn leads to 'more money for him' as a 'defender of the victims' of society.
However, the facts, when given proper consideration, have a way of offsetting the self serving tools of propaganda and or self aggrandizement.
The following is the definition of 'reverend':
noun: a title of respect for a clergyman
noun: a member of the clergy and a spiritual leader of the Christian Church
adjective: worthy of adoration or reverence
Does this definition apply to 'reverend' Wright, 'reverend' Jackson or 'reverend' Sharpton?
These three stooges are about as reverent as I am....not at all. Actually, they are the perfect definition for 'racist'.
Remember how Sharpton and Jackson condemned the 3 Duke students before all the evidence was in but didn't say anything about the piece of garbage that accused them? Not even an apology.
Semper fi.
Now I wonder if Sean Bell would be alive today if he wasn't drunk out of his mind at the bar that night? What if he was at home, sleeping? Would the cops still have shot him? Does he have any responsibility in this? Take into consideration that he was intoxicated, and driving a vehicle, and talking of going to his car to get a gun. Add those three items up and he was in the wrong place, at the wrong time, saying the wrong things to the wrong people. And then he caps it off by trying to hit a person, undercover cop or not, and it happens he lost his life. How much burden does Bell have to shoulder for the outcome that night? Did his parents not teach him that where he goes, and who he hangs with will tell the world who he is?
I feel sorry for Sean Bell and his loved ones left behind, but he shoulders more of the responsibility than Sharpton would have you believe.
Al is making a name for Al here, and he doesn't care for Bell at all. He only cares for Al...
