Thanks, glad you liked it. I wish I could have included one of my favorite performances of "Amazing Grace"--the Holmes Brothers do a hair-raising version on their "Jubilation" CD--but the one clip I found on YouTube didn't represent them at their best. Great band, though.
my cynical self would of liked the review better if it had included the last comment i made about the new ag's list of things not to investigate ,which was THE WH DESTROYED THE HARD DRIVES they announced that last sat and my cynical self believes the passport "announcement" was just to take focus off the obstruction of justice that destroying those hard drives proves
unless i am getting the current admins 'illegal but not criminal behavior" out of order
opps yet another for the list of WILL NOT INVESTIGATE BY CURRENT AG
In conversations we had with Bobby Kennedy, Jr., in the ensuing months after our initial report, we'd explained to him what Singer had done, and --- literally overnight --- he had set the attorneys at his firm, and that of his radio co-host, attorney Mike Papantonio's firm, to work on Singer's case. It was soon thereafter filed in federal district court, as we reported at the time, in July of 2006. It has been under seal for nearly two years since that time, waiting for the DoJ, which had asked for extension after extension, to determine whether it wished to join the suit or not.
This week, the DoJ finally declined to join the case, which may now move forward with the attorneys who originally brought the complaint, including Papantonio's firm, Kennedy's firm, and attorneys in Colorado where the case was filed.
Good one James. And it was nice mentioning "Amazing Grace" and other tunes to lighten things up a little and was a pleasant sharing:)
