"All known records have been produced with the exception of the 2002 Gitmo records," one of the prosecutors, Navy Lt. Cmdr. Timothy Stone, told the court. "They can't find it."

No. Nothing that goes on under this administration surprises me anymore.

This is not new. The military routinely loses records when something embarrassing is contained in them. When I was in the service I had a finance clerk threaten to "lose" my records if I did not cooperate with him. I won't go into detail about what it was about but it had to do with my rank being reduced by mistake and I was trying to fix the problem.

I actually called over the lieutenant in charge and told him what happened. The clerk got into some pretty hot water.

I was also threatened with loss of records one time, and my response was, "That would be a shame, but you know, people lose stuff all the time. Sometimes it's teeth." My records were not lost.

More evidence Bush was never interested in getting Bin Ladin.

The Law is the Law. You know that even if, they send him home he will be watched and he knows that. If anything, he will go straight to Bin Laden's kin.

              Lost accidentally -- on purpose!

I'm not surprised knowing Osama is the brother of Saleem --- Bush's business partner in Saudi Arabia!!

Nixon "accidently" erased 18 minutes of tape. But one thing is clear, this really helps a real "war on terror."

You says 'this really helps a real "war on terror."', you're right only as it is war from Israel on palestinians. Helps! Rrrighttt!

Huh. The Bush Administration sure seems to be losing a *lot* of things related to investigations of crimes in the administration.

I wonder when someone will have the balls to call it obstruction of justice and put those criminals behind bars.

They may as well release him and I wouldn't be surprise if they get someone that resembles Osama pushing up roses or what ever the desert flower. Probably won't be the real one. This make for a good fiction. Let me title this. How to invent good grace, when stinking.
