Why I'm Not Voting for Hillary »

When Hillary Clinton was first elected senator from New York in November 2000, I was living in Brooklyn and was still a huge Clinton Family fan. I'd voted for her husband twice, and now I voted for her. I was thrilled to have the incredibly smart ex-First Lady as my state's new senator. She was so savvy and politically experienced, poised, charismatic, and--a woman!

I just got back from a week-long trip to New Hampshire and was surprised by all the Ron Paul signs in people's yards. I was curious if this was Repubs who actually want Ron Paul or just Libs trying to disrupt the Republican Presidential selection process.

I don't necessarily think it's fair to say "Repubs" who want Ron. Far as I can tell, he may be the ONLY candidate from any party who is Constitutionally correct on most - maybe all - of the issues. I'd be very surprised if there weren't a lot of moderate Democrats who would vote for him. Of course, those of either party that just want the federal government to provide them with everything they want will find someone else to support.
I've also seen hand lettered signs stuck up on telephone poles supporting Ron. I think it may very well be that a LOT of people are sick and tired of the federal government running away with A) our treasury and B) our rights.

Yeah farmer, it's the "Great Ron Paul Conspiracy of '08" -- all the liberals come out at midnight to roam the republican neighborhoods and plant Ron Paul signs in their yards. Then they go home and get on their computers to expertly hack and vote stuff all the media insta-polls so they show Ron Paul winning the repub debates.... Those goddamn crafty libs, where do they get off supporting a commie like Ron Paul?
That's it farmer, that's what's going on. Really.
You freakin' tool.

Edwards? Edwards? Well, there's still lot's of time before the election. I fully expect he will commit a fatal faux pas well before then. (as could ANY of them - except, as noted, Hillary who has already done so.) In fact, it's SO early, we might not even have HEARD of the all eventual candidates yet.
OK - I just had a quick peek at Edwards' campaign site. I'm now afraid of him. It APPEARS as though he wants to spend even MORE money that the government doesn't have doing things that the government has no business doing. He has a couple of reasonable positions, but overall: No thanks. (Besides, he's too pretty.)

Without a doubt she is just another political hack. My vote will never be for a flip-flopping, paid for, hypocrite.

The author sounds just like the kind of air head that would vote for old, lady Clinton.

Hi farmerman, airhead here. What makes you say that? And who are you thinking of voting for and why?

"She was so savvy and politically experienced" Then you go on to knock her for making decisions that are the result of what you first gave her credit for being. So you are either an airhead or politically naieve.
I'm going to vote for the candidate who supports the war in Iraq and against Muslim terrorism; who is opposed to baby killing; who is opposed to Federalizing our health care system; who does not believe in building a Nanny State that destroys individual initiative. And the candidate closest to my values sure isn't old, lady Clinton. You have to be one of the few people in this Country who doesn't understand what Clinton is and what makes her tick.
If you want to continue your education, try "Her Way" by Jeff Gerth and Don Van Natta Jr.

The author's article was excellent, her insights incisive, candid and dead-on the money. You on the other hand, in assessing such a person as an "airhead" who would vote for Clinton, evince serious comprehension problems. This is typical of course for anyone suffering the kind of brain-washing you've received.

I see this morning where Sandy Burglar is now back on the Clinton staff. I guess the theft of Classified Documents from the National Archieves is not considered to be a big deal to Clinton. Afterall, Burglar was only doing what the Clintons wanted him to do, to try to save Slick's legacy. Which is a joke in of itself. Saving the legacy of an impeached President. But it should serve as a reminder of all the scandals, bimbo eruptions, lies, impeachment, jail sentences that weres involved in the Clinton family Presidency.

Hey there farmer brown, I told you two years ago that when you continue to defend someone who commits criminal acts while holding office, (Namely Bush)You are simply giving a green light to the next candidate telling them that they can get by with just as much. Now that Hillary is proving me correct, don't bitch!
If you would have grown some balls and stood up to Bush when he lied to congress, crooks like Hillary would have to be a little more careful!

Hilary Clinton has sold out to the same zioncon billionaires that got us into the Iraq war.
Hillary Clinton celebrates Israeli war crimes
The speech given by New York's Democratic Senator Hillary Clinton to a rally staged by Zionist organizations Monday across from the United Nations headquarters in Manhattan amounted to a celebration of massacres and war crimes.
Her remarks left no doubt that a vote for Clinton in November is a vote not only to continue the US war in Iraq, but to expand and intensify the slaughter throughout the region......
... According to figures released by the Federal Election Commission, she is the number-one recipient of campaign funds from the Israeli lobby in the 2005-2006 campaign cycle, far exceeding all other Democrats and Republicans alike....

Unmasking AIPAC
... What does AIPAC's control of our Congress mean for the American people? Arguably, that influence propelled the U.S. into war against Iraq with its inevitable consequences in death, destruction and debt leaving the nation bereft of a resolution; it has solidified perception around the world that Israel's defiance of the UN resolutions demanding that it obey international law regarding right of return for Palestinians and return of occupied territory is not just condoned by the U.S. but is the policy of the U.S., making the United States a co-partner in international crime...
