We should have an open season on street corner drug DEALERS too. These are the guys who are killing the good crop of our youth and turning our daughters into gaunt prostitutes. They are purveyors of death and are in our elementary schools to addict younger and younger children.

If a guy is lingering on the street corner for more than ONE day, he is probably selling drugs. We should be encouraged to drive past and shoot the guy. Nothing else is working, but if we would be ALLOWED to shoot the bastard, the open dealing would at least be gone from the streets. People need to rise up and take the matter into their own hands, the police and courts aren't doing any good at all. Make it too dangerous for these scum to inhabit our streets.
