If the ministers in the government don't feel that Al Maliki is effectively leading them why don't they all meet and replace him? Isn't that how it works when you have a prime minister?
Instead of boycotting they need to get in there get to work and get something done for their country. These are the people we need to give a firm deadline to, not the insurgents.

So is it your theory that maybe the truck blew itself up? Possibly some radical "Zionists" snuck into Iraq and blew the truck up?
What is there to investigate? Some crazed Islamic radical blew himself up! Which would be fine except he murdered 28 other people (probably most, if not all, Islamics)and wounded many others.
What I think should be investigated is why aren't the millions (billions maybe?) of good Muslims not applying more pressure to stop this insanity? Where are the Imans or whatever that are promoting a peaceful resolution? If they exist they certainly are not getting enough "airtime" or publicity.

Even more important...why haven't they come to America...nothing since 9/11. With practically wide open borders it is sheer luck that one of these nuts hasn't strapped on a backpack and walked into a crowded mall or theatre and killed scores of Americans...either that or it shows how disorganized and incompetent our enemy really is...

Twice in a major way. Not counting the Glasgow fiasco. Look at the absolute incompetence of the last group which included a neurosurgeon. They have been slightly more effective than the anti-abortion terrorists in this country. Religious fanatics all. Misguided by dogma.
We will likely have an attack here before the end of this decade. I still worry much more about driving home on the interstate. The odds of these nuts getting a functional nuclear device are quite low. If we would tighten our border security the odds of getting such a device into this country would be even lower.
These groups rarely work together, that is a myth perpetrated by this administration. They all have their separate agendas and beliefs. They will turn on each other the minute their own interests are threatened. The last thing I am worried about is a worldwide Islamic caliphate.

Complete idiocy! Why even bother posting such nonsense. This is not Japan. These people did not agress against us until we invaded their land. There is no logical reason that we do not allow them to sort this out on their own. It is pure BS to say that Al-Qaeda would have any say in such a government in the aftermath. The removal of US forces is the only incentive to move forward. It is the arrogance of the neocons that keeps them pushing this immovable object. They have to prove themselves right. No matter how many times they have been proven wrong.
The devices set off over Nagasaki and Hiroshima were tiddly winks compared to what we have today. These were atomic bombs not hydrogen thermonuclear weapons. We still live in a MAD world. How soon we forget!

Why is it pure Bs to say that Al Quaeda wouldnt run Iraq if we leav, or for that matter a Taliban like government? Do you know something we dont or are you just stating your opinion. Im sure it is the latter so dont go saying things that you take as fact but are opinion.
We dont know what will happpen in Iraq if we leave. One thing for sure is that it will get a whole lot messier. Our troops are stuck between religious factions that hate eachother and it's obvious with all the Suicide bombings. Why do you think they take credit for the bombings? Because they hate eachother.
Do you know why Iraq wasn't like this under Saddam? Because just like the Taliban, Saddam's party had the money and didnt care about anyones life. If you got in his way then not only will you die but so will your family and anyone connected to you.
It is you ignorance of the situation that leads me to believe you can't be helped. You only look at one side of the story. Let them fight it out for all I care.

The British promised the land to three parties, armed all factions, and let them fight for supremacy. The result was three different states ruling over a disenfranchised population. Israel ruled over Palestinians within 1948 borders, giving them citizenship rights sometime later. Jordan ruled Jerusalem and the West Bank. Egypt ruled over the Gaza Strip. Palestinians had to choose between recieving UN welfare and integrating into states. Most chose UN welfare and generations of hatred.
Haj Amin al Husseini allied the Palestinians with Hitler, encouraging Hitler to exterminate Jews so that they would not come to British Palestine. A very poor choice, for which no aplogy has ever been made.
Yasir Arafat made himself leader of Palestine, then when offered the chance to rule, preferred to steal aid money, encourage war, and failed at negotiations.
Palestinians should look hard in the mirror. They are thei own worst enemy.

America is going to lose big time in Iraq, due to al-taqqiya. Al-taqqiya, or takiya, or taqiyya, or, some other ways of spelling it, but, I'd say "taqqiya" (since it's spelled that way on the internet, mainly), is derived from suras 3:28 and 16:106 in the "Holy" Quran. BECAUSE of the reality of these two scriptures, American troops in Iraq can never know who the good guys are. Muslim jihadists can lie and ACT like they're with the Americans, just to later kill them DUE to the "al-taqqiya" those two scriptures in the Quran create. Well, sit back and, possibly watch the "al-taqqiya" in action from Daylight and others here. Check it out on the net, people. I'll say it again "al-taqqiya". "taqqiya". Suras 3:28 and 16:106 create it.

A misinterpretation and this is not commonly used by other than extremists. But of course for instance the Sunni lie to us in Iraq. They will fight gainst Al-Qaeda if we will protect them against the Shia militias. Yet Sunni splinter groups go into Shia villages and commit slaughter. Basically just a dishonest society.
I checked your references and if those sura create such an ability to lie, as it says "under compulsion" in 3:28, then someone is being pretty free with the translation. They would have to believe Allah is compelling them to Jihad and to lie.
Not that I think the Bible or the Koran is worth a bag of beans in this modern world unless you take just some basic moral codes from them. But it is these misinterpretations that always cause the problems. And they will always occur as long as the human mind is involved.
