The word is """ILLEGAL""". How in hell does anyone who is in this country illegally expect to be treaated like they are supposed to be here. The only rights these people have is to go back to where they LEGALY are from and stay there. All of our damned industry has moved to Mexico anyway. Why are they here. They have all of the jobs in Mexico. If I do something illegal, they put me in jail. These morons want the same rights as people who obey the law.

I could not have stated it better myself. All credibility is lost when you protest being criminalized for engaging in an illegal activity. "Illegal" is a strong reason why I cannot support giving illegal immigrants citizenship status regardless of their behavior since reaching this country.
Become a U.S. citizen, rightfully and legally, as thousands do each year. Not by crossing the borders illegally.

well, the fact that the wages in mexico suck is just one reason they come here. most of them are sending the money they make here down to mexico to support their families.
theres nothing wrong with them being here...i actually sympathize(sp?) with these people due to all the hardships that they go through in everyday life. it isnt there fault that mexico's economy sucks....why shouldnt they have a fair chance at the dream that all of us in america aspire to?
besides...when you say that they are taking your jobs and stuff like that...did you actually plan on working in the physical labor department? most illegal immigrants tend to go into that business, and frankly, i dont think we have enough willing people to do that.
illegal immigrants arent even that bad...really...how many freakin times have they gotten in your way of living??? tell me that. and im not talking about the illegal immigrants that steal social security...they can go to hades.

Pew says that illegal immigrants make up nearly five percent of the labor force. About 20 percent of that population works in construction, and four percent is employed in agriculture.
They just don't do farm labor!

Mexico economy dosen't suck. It is the riches Latin Country. They had record Gasoline Sales from their oil wells last year. They had billions of dollars sent into their econmony by the illegals sending money back. They get billions of dollars a year from their tourist industry.
They are here because they are encourage to come here.
They come over right before their baby is due, get to have medical care for free and all the tax payers get to pay for it. After the baby is born they get free housing, free foodstamps, free wic etc all is name of the new American Citizen.
They drive without a drivers license without insurance which is mandatory in most states for a US Citizen. Have stolen US identites in record numbers all in the name of supporting their families. Does an American Have the right to steal an Identity to Support Their Family?
Is alright to Come to the US ILLEGAL, BREAK
the LAW, BE able to STEAL someone else's Idenity, get medical care and never pay for it.
