Dec. 22, 2006, 12:24 p.m.The insurance industry has done a study of the safety of driving on marijuana. In the study they found that responsibility for an accident was greater in people who had either alcohol in their system or nothing in their system, compared to people who had only THC in their system.
But we dont need a study to tell us that the stoned driver is the one going 5 mph under the speed limit and obeying all the laws. He's also the one who will wave and smile at you rather than flip you off.
