Posted by: ranjanpratyush 2 years agoNarottam Sethi, 35, was locked in a mud hut for fifteen years now came out of the hut in a Koshala village in Orissa. The Orissa Police have rescued him. He was declared as mentally unstable man by his parents. His parents had locked him in a room when he went violent.
