Utah’s top DUI cop cited for DUI »
Posted by: Brigitte 2 years, 2 months agoLt. Fred Swain, the commander of the Utah Highway Patrol's drunken driving unit, has been ticketed for driving under the influence after crashing his police cruiser into a concrete barrier. Swain's blood-alcohol level was nearly 0.12 percent.
